Been a while since we shot out our latest Blog...A long time ago someone said that God was going to reveal the mysteries of my life.We are beginning to see the fruit of this word come to pass.

This year on my Birthday I realized that we had my DAD's sister on facebook as a friend.Through further research we found that my Dad's brother was also on facebook. it's a long story but I have had very little contact with my family, but am very interested to develop a Family Tree on my Father's side.

I reached out to my Uncle and am now beginning to gather valuable pieces of data to connect the dots of our Family Tree.

What do you do when you feel there is a change coming in your life?
In the past I have made changes that were not lead by the counsel of those God has entrusted me to, nor based on being at a place of rest but done more so out of agitation or desperation. I have also heard very clearly on other areas of change such as my most amazing wife and family: ).

This time I feel there are some changes coming but I almost do not want to accept the changes or welcome them for (to be quite frank fear of making a mistake again) or not really liking change...

What do we do? I know change is coming...I also know this time around a change in residence and or job does not only affect myself and my wife, but potentially also the destiny of our children.Example they end up at a different city or area and this could have a positive or negative effect through friends,neighborhood influences and even future spouses, as well as the spiritual house that they are a part of and what it is called to literally their spiritual destiny...

verse Those who wait on the Lord will inherit the earth.

So the idea is to hurry up and wait : ).

Waiting involves dying and dying sucks.Well, truthfully our flesh does not like dying.

It's like knowing there is about to be a wind storm but you don't know which direction it is going to come from, what do you do encase your entire house with a shelter?

I would rather attempt to hear God and see which way the wind will come from...I have lots of ideas but am not clear about what the Lord wants us to do to begin to prepare for this change.

I do know though that change is coming.

Seeds

I would not be true to myself if I did not mention how impressed I am with the Vancouver Canuck's efforts this year.Especially this guy Chris Tanev.He is is a defense man that is about 19-20 years old, I believe.Two years ago he was playing midget hockey...now he plays 20 mins a game in the NHL and is arguably one of Vcr's best d-men.

The story of how he almost had to give up hockey when he was 15 because he could not grow any more is quite interesting to me. They said he had the "head for the game" at about age 15 but he was 5 ft 8 and 120 pounds. This is quite fascinating and is also something we can all learn from. He had the seed of greatness but needed to wait for the time when it would manifest into reality (in his case to physically grow).

The bible says there is within those (who have given their heart to Jesus and he has forgiven their sins) that he has deposited in us an incorruptible seed.This seed is to begin the beginning of the Kingdom life...literally to cause Heaven to come to earth. What is this divine incorruptible seed for? Well for each one it is different I believe it is for the working out of the gifts that he has given to each of us to be pastors, prophets, evangelists, apostles and teachers as well as home makers (I believe hospitality and home making is definitely a spiritual gift) I can not believe how my wife loves and cares for all three of our children plus me and cares for our home as well. three days that is probably all I could handle if it was me, and that would be a long weekend with lots of sports on t.v. Between their naps!

Let us all take heart that we have a seed within us that will in due season produce great fruit.
